The most important aspect and also the hardest to get right without spending too much (both money and time).
Our main email solution is Gmail because it's free and requires zero maintenance
We also have username@sarmiento.cc hosted in Migadu that auto-forwards mails to our Gmail accounts for free (cess@sarmiento.cc goes to cess.sarmiento1@gmail.com). I also keep my own personal domain: bensarmiento.com / me@bensarmiento.com that does auto-forwarding too (but this is via free, legacy G Suite).
